The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 26, 2012 Michael David Dorsey, 33, of Dewey, Ariz., has rested in peace on Jan. 16, 2012. Michael was born in Fayetteville, N.C. Mike grew up in Scottsdale, Ariz., up until July 2010 when he moved to Dewey, Ariz. He was an engineer-paramedic for the Daisy Mountain Fire Department and played an active role in the fire community. Mike was also a wildland firefighter and was in the Honor Guard. Mike leaves behind his loving wife Felisha Dorsey; son Cameron; and unborn baby girl Sloane. He is also survived by his grandparents Bob and Maryland Dorsey; father Steve Parks; two brothers Kevin and Robbie Parks; and sister Kristina Parks. The memorial will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, at Boulder Creek High School, Performing Arts Auditorium, 40404 N. Gavilan Peak Parkway, Anthem, Ariz. The public is invited. An account has been established to help the Dorsey family. Donations may be made for the Dorsey family at Chase Bank in the name of "Daisy Mountain Firefighters Charities Association."
