The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, January 28, 2012 Danny Joe Farley, 57 of Cottonwood, passed away on January 24, 2012. He was born on April 14, 1954 in McNary, AZ to James and Nelita Nichols. Danny Joe was a self-employed painter. He loved camping, motorcycle riding and hanging with the club. He also made beautiful leather work. Danny Joe is survived by his wife, Peggy; son Scotty; daughter Shawnee; brothers John W. Nichols (Cheryl) and Roy C. Nichols (Lori) both of Arizona and sister Janna Lea of Michigan. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Merry Go Round Rock on Schnebly Road in Sedona.
