WRIGHT, Margaret Lavon

(Maiden Name: Putman)

Margaret Lavon (Putman) Wright, 88, went home to be with her Lord on May 31, 2007. 

Born October 15, 1918 near Fairview, IL to Glen and Anna Putman, Margaret was married to Arland George Wright for 58 years. He preceded her to heaven in 1999. 

Margaret is survived by her son, Donald (Marcia) of Phoenix, her daughter Jean Anne Powers (Jerry) of Tempe, three granddaughters: Lisa Davisson (Joe), Robyn Adams (Robert), Leah McRae (Ken), one grandson Jared Powers (Danielle) and nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Dean Putman and sister, Phyllis Wake of Illinois. 

Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and her loving gentleness and kindness will be deeply missed by her family. A celebration of her life will be held in July when all the family is in town. Memorials may be sent to the Gideons International Bible Society P.O. Box 14080, Nashville, TN 37214.
