West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, January 24, 2012 Vivian M. Tyree, 96, of Palo Verde died Jan. 20, 2012, in Buckeye. Mrs. Tyree was born May 26, 1915, in Howard Lake, Minn., to William and Anabelle Pinnick. She moved to Arizona in 1929. She was the head cook at Palo Verde Elementary, a member of Palo Verde Baptist Church, a 4-H leader and member of the Palo Verde Homemakers Club. She is survived by three daughters, Laura Roglin of Arlington, Ethel Hicks of Phoenix and Maxine Dvojack of Bayfield, Colo.; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home, 104 Baseline Road in Buckeye. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Palo Verde Baptist Church, 29600 W. Old Highway 80 in Palo Verde. The Rev. Daniel Maynard will officiate.
