LEWIS, James David

James David Lewis, 56 of Phoenix, AZ, passed away May 27, 2007. 

He was born in Moline, IL to William and Pearl Lewis. 

He is survived by his sister Nancy Shannon (Jerry) of Woodhull, IL, many nieces and nephews. 

He will be truly missed by all his relatives and many friends. Arrangements are private.
