West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona October 08, 2010 Vivienne Ysolde Cook, a newborn whose parents live in Goodyear, was born and died Oct. 2, 2010, at a Phoenix hospital. She is survived by her parents, Joshua and Bobbi Cook; three sisters, Aleah, Genevieve and Juliette; two brothers, Alexander and Ian; her maternal grandparents, Kathy and Robert Zollinger; and her paternal grandparents, Glenn and Rosilene Cook. A burial service was Thursday at Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleum, 10045 W. Thomas Road, Avondale. Visit www.thompsonfuneralchapel.com to leave condolences for the family.
