EASTMAN, Robert Grady

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona October 08, 2010 Robert Grady Eastman, 98, of Buckeye died Oct. 1, 2010, in Prescott Valley. Mr. Eastman was born June 7, 1912, in Andrews, Texas, to Robert and Lancaster Eastman. He moved to Arizona in 1928. He had farmed in the Buckeye Valley since 1929, was active in community affairs and served on numerous farm boards and agricultural committees. Mr. Eastman, was preceded in death by his wife, Gladyne. He is survived by two daughters, Monota Sylvester and Dorothy Brock; two sons, Dan and Bob; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Services were Tuesday at the Westside Church of God, 7925 W. Bethany Home Road, Glendale. Burial was in the Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park Cemetery in Buckeye.
