West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona October 08, 2010 Charles J. Fuhrman, 75, of Avondale died Oct. 3, 2010. Mr. Fuhrman was born in New York City, where he met his wife. He moved to Arizona in 1956 and worked for Salt River Project for 37 years then worked as a fire investigator for 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Carol; three daughters, Debra Fuhrman, Linda Hurst and Jane Madsen; one brother, Glendon; one sister, Courtney Clark; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 10815 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix. Visit www.greenacresglendalemort.com to leave condolences for the family.
