On Saturday, January 28, 2012, Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Piggott lost her valiant battle with leukemia. She was surrounded at home by those who loved her. Selfless and giving, a wonderful spirit: she will be forever in our hearts. 

She was preceded in death by parents, Clark and Flora Evans, and beloved husband, Bobbie Piggott. She is survived by children, Kenny (Lora) and Kathy (Chris); grandchildren, Jason (Tiffany), Scott, Justin (Leane), Luke and Danielle; and six great-grandchildren. 

Mrs. Piggott was the secretary of Hayden High School from 1969 to 2000. She influenced several hundred students and multiple generations throughout the years. 

Services will be held in Kearny on Saturday, Feb. 4, at 4 p.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd. Plants are welcome in lieu of flowers, or, if possible, please give the gift of life by supporting your local blood drive and donate blood.
