HARRISON, James Donald

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona March 22, 2001 James Donald Harrison, 76, of Mesa Arizona, dearly beloved husband, father, brother and friend, passed away March 20, 2001. He was born Dec. 30, 1924 in Flint, Michigan and lived in Detroit, Michigan. He came to Arizona in 1973. Mr. Harrison was a United States Army veteran of World War II. He married his wife of fifty five years in June 1946. A son, Donald, who was 46 years old, preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife, Luella; their daughter, Diane Hillen and son-in-law, Jerry Hillen of Phoenix; and a sister, Helen Tibbetts of Mesa. His two other sisters and three brothers are all deceased. Arrangements made by Meldrum Mortuary. Funeral were held at First United Methodist Church of Mesa, 15 E. First Ave. Interment at Mesa Cemetery.
