MOCK, Samantha Kim

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 02/03/2012 Samantha Kim Perez Mock, 29, of Show Low died Jan. 29, 2012, as the result of a tragic accident in Show Low. “We loved Samantha very much and will miss her. Her time here was far to short.” She was born April 21, 1982, in Phoenix. Sam worked at CVS Pharmacy in Show Low, attended Show Low schools, and Phoenix University in Phoenix. She is survived by her two sons: Aidan and Damon Mock of Show Low; her mother, Chong waChang of Korea; her ex-husband Joshua Mock; her adopted mother Melodie Hamilton; and a sister Sierra Kasson, all of Show Low. She was preceded in death by her father, Mariano Perez of Phoenix; and fiancé John Packard. A memorial service will be held at a later date. For information, contact Melodie at (928) 251-4689.
