John Ed Taylor Sr., a nine month resident of the community, died in Riviera June 26, 1983.  He was 65.

Mr. Taylor was born in Tulsa, Okla., and had worked as a truck driver for Academy Van Lines.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held today in Tulsa.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife Wilma of Tulsa, son John Ed Taylor Jr. of Tulsa, brothers Vestor and Henry Taylor of Pryor, Okla., and one grandchild.
