The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, February 03, 2012 William A. Galbraith III, 57, of Dewey, Ariz., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 24, 1954, in Newark, N.J., to the late William A. and Carol Miller Galbraith Jr. William is survived by his wife, Marie; five children, Melissa, Leigha, David, Sam and Diamond; one granddaughter, Grace; two brothers, John (Jeanne) and Hubbard (Daune) Galbraith; two nieces, Savannah and Olivia; two nephews, Hank and Holt; and several cousins. Memorial services for William A. Galbraith III will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at Lifepoint Church, 10100 E. State Route 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Yavapai Food Bank in Mr. Galbraith's name. Information provided by survivors.
