John Charles Visco was born Jan. 5, 1956, in Southern California and died Nov. 17, 2011, in Phoenix, Ariz.
John was originally from Southern California, where he lived in Sunland, a suburb of Los Angeles. In the 1980s, John worked as a lab technician at Foto-Kem, a Motion Picture Lab. He and his wife, Gina, then moved to Parker, Ariz., where they established a successful janitorial business. Before John’s death, he lived several years in Lake Havasu City. John also was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Visco, Jr. and Rosette Benetti. He is survived by his wife, Gina Visco; sister, Carol McQueen; nephews, Dale and Robert Simmons; cousins, Ron, Chris and Katherine Visco; and many family members and friends who shared a lot of laughs and good times with him. He had a wonderful sense of humor and will greatly be missed.
Samaritan Funeral Home in Phoenix, Ariz., handled his funeral arrangements.
