He was born on April 21, 1947 in Montebello, Calif. After his tour as a Navy pilot, Russell spent his life working in the construction industry. He enjoyed Nascar, airplanes, music and loved to dance. He is survived by his best friend of 15 years, Linda Reyes, of Bullhead City, Ariz.
