Carmen M. Galindo, 93, of Avondale died Oct. 17, 2010, in Goodyear.
Mrs. Galindo was born July 15, 1917, in San Saba, Texas, to Martiriano and Pascuala Munoz. She moved to Arizona in 1941 and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Galindo was preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo. She is survived by three daughters, Rachel Tellez, Eleanor Salas and Ortensia Garza; four sons, Alfred, John, Willie and Mike; three sisters, Enedina Cardenas, Linda Garcia and Lilly Samparipa of San Angelo, Texas; 29 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren and 50 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, with a rosary at 10:15 a.m. and a scripture service at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at West Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale.
