West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona October 22, 2010 Shawn Rice, 33, of Litchfield Park died Oct. 17, 2010, in Goodyear. Mr. Rice was born Jan. 27, 1977, in Wheaton, Ill. He was a child support enforcement officer for the state. He also wrote novels in his spare time. He is survived by his wife, Karri; one daughter, Lillian; his parents, Tim and Kathy; one sister, Betsy; and one brother, Richard. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Best Funeral Home, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria.
