Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, July 18, 1974 John Krucek Dies Thursday at YCH John J. Krucek, 74, a resident of Lynx Creek Estates for the past five years, died at Yavapai Community Hospital early Thursday morning. A retired farmer, Mr. Krucek was born in Chicago, Ill. Oct 24, 1899 and moved to Hebron, Ind. at age 20 to engage in farming. In 1952 he moved to Winamac, Ind. and continued to run his farming operations until his retirement in 1969. He is survived by his widow. Frances M. of Prescott, two sons; Joseph J. of Bremerton, Wash. and Thomas E. of Prescott, and two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Young of Chula Vista, Calif. and Mrs. Kathryn Hicks of the U.S. Navy San Diego, Calif. and one granddaughter. Rosary will be recited at Ruffner Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m. Friday with Mass of the Resurrection being celebrated at Sacred Heart Church at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial follows at Mountain view Cemetery. Friends may call at Ruffner Funeral Home Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The family suggests memorials to Yavapai County Cancer Society, Memorial Chairman, 2503 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz, 86301
