The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, June 20, 1974 Mrs. Ethel Melvyn Mrs. Ethel Melvyn 80, died Friday in Prescott. Born April 12, 1894 in St. Joseph, Mo., she came to Arizona 22 years ago from Nebraska and lived in Tucson. She resided at 908 Dameron Dr. in Prescott. Services will be at Memory Chapel Tuesday, July 2 at 2 p.m. and interment will be at Holy Hope Cemetery and Mausoleum in Tucson Survivors include her husband, William of Prescott a daughter, Mrs. Lela P. Ames of Tucson, a grandchild, four great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. She was a member of the local AARP in Prescott, work at the Denver Ordinance Plant during World War II, and also as manager and supervisor of many privately owned laundries in Nebraska and Arizona. Friends may call at Memory Chapel Monday, July 1, 1974 from 2 until 6 p.m.
