Michael Jesse Lugardo, 37, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born April 26, 1974, in Miles, Mich., passed away Feb. 2, 2012, in Prescott, Ariz.

Services will be 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at First Christian Church, 1230 Willow Creek Road, Prescott.
