Daniel James Worthman, 46, of Anchorage, Alaska, formerly of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 20, 1965, passed away Jan. 31, 2012 in Anchorage.

Services will be 1 p.m. Feb. 18, 2012 at the home of Judy Quintana in Flagstaff, Ariz.
