HANSFORD, Elaine M.

Elaine M. Hansford, 80, of Phoenix, passed away on May 26, 2007. She moved to Arizona in 1957 from Pineville, Louisiana. She is survived by her sons, Wesley L., Bryce L., and Christian L. Hansford. She was employed by Washington Elementary School District for 15 years as a school teacher and retired in 1988. She taught at Paradise Valley Christian School (88-90) and from (90-91) she taught at Valley Cathedral Christian School following her retirement. She served as a pianist and an organist for various churches and accompanied vocal groups in elementary schools and churches. She was a member of Phoenix First Assembly. A memorial service was held at Phoenix First Assembly, 13613 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix. Services entrusted to A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary. Published in The Arizona Republic on 6/3/2007.
