GARRETT, Russ

Russ Garrett, 76, of Cave Creek, Arizona, passed away May 30, 2007. He was born in Benton, Missouri, on June 18, 1930. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Garrett; parents, Dellard "Doc" Garrett and Thelma "Teddy" Garrett Loveless; and sister, Marilyn Smith. Russ is survived by his children, Russell (Rusty) Garrett, Dusty Garrett and his wife Teresa of Marana, AZ, Sue Garrett of Tucson, AZ, Lea Nessmith and husband Wesley of Phoenix, AZ, Randy Garrett and his wife Patty of Pawnee, OK, and Jeanna (Gae) Garrett of Phoenix, AZ; his brother Donald K Garrett and his wife Pam of Tucson, AZ; 10 grandchildren - Steve, Robin, Trish, Jeannie, Jeffrey, Brian, Kimberly, Jamie, Kiersten, and Garrett; and 3 great-grandchildren - Michael, Dustin, and Ty. Visitation was held at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral service was on Wednesday, June 6th at First Christian Church in Scottsdale at 7405 E. McDonald Dr. Graveside services were Thursday, June 7th at Evergreen Cemetery in Tucson, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 480-991-5800.
