David Paul
David Paul Edwards, October 20, 1961 - May 17, 2007, died in a motorcycle accident on May 17, 2007.
Formerly of Ben Lomond California, David and his wife Suzanne, moved to Gold Canyon Arizona in 2003.
David will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend and thrived on hard work. He entertained his family and friends with his excellent culinary skills and sense of humor. He served honorably in the Navy from 1979-1985 and while living in California volunteered for the Mountain Parks Foundation where he was one of the original organizers of their Lobster Feed fundraiser. He loved the holidays and to make the visit with Santa memorable to all children he even graduated from Santa School.
He is survived by his wife Suzanne Edwards of Gold Canyon, Arizona; mother Charlene Edwards and sister Alicia Edwards of Soledad, California; brothers Tony Watson of Ben Lomond, California and Carl Edwards of Arkansas; mother in law Marilynn Harren of Scotts Valley, California; sons Paul Raynal of San Jose, California, Bill Raynal and wife Vanessa, their children Lucas and Andrew of Santa Cruz, California and daughter Melinda Kopeck and husband Kevin, their children Josh and Christina of Chico, California; and sister and brother in law Juanita and Manny Nama of Ben Lomond, California.
To help him realize his dream of caring for his family and due to the fact that he was killed by an uninsured motorist a memorial fund has been established at Bank of America. A tax deductible contribution can be made to the David Edwards Memorial Fund, c/o Trustee Linda Beach, 150 Fillmore St., Ben Lomond, CA 95005.
David was cremated and a celebration of his life was held on May 24, 2007.
