West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona November 02, 2010 Charles K. Palmer, 90, of Litchfield Park died Oct. 28, 2010, in Goodyear. Mr. Palmer was born Aug. 18, 1920, in San Bernardino, Calif. He moved to Arizona in 1982. He was a Marine Corps veteran and worked as a project manager for an engineering company. He is survived by his wife, Vivian; one daughter, Debbie Hayes; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Sun Valley Hospice, 7227 E. Baseline Road, Mesa, AZ 85209.
