West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona November 05, 2010 Mike Hernandez Campos, 63, of Tolleson died Oct. 30, 2010, at Maryvale Hospital in Phoenix. Mr. Campos was born Jan. 10, 1947, in San Antonio. He moved to Arizona in 1948. He is survived by one daughter, Sara; one son, Michael; four sisters, Mary, Nora, Cindy and Pauline; and five brothers, Nacho, Tony, Bobby, Raymond and Richard. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave., Avondale. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel. The Rev. John Moreno will officiate. Mr. Campos will be buried at Sunwest Cemetery and Crematorium, 15399 NW Grand Ave., El Mirage.
