Joshua Lonati Uipi, 1 month, died Nov. 9, 2010, of complications related to chronic granulomatous disease, a rare genetic disorder. He was born Oct. 10, 2010, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, where he died.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Kaci Goodrich Uipi, formerly of Goodyear, and his father, Salesi Uipi; and his grandparents Kathleen and Chuck Goodrich of Goodyear.

Visitation is at 9 a.m., with a service to follow at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 611 N. Stewart in Mesa. 

Interment will be at Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center St. in Mesa.
