West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, February 14, 2012 Maria Joaquina Carrillo, 45, of Avondale died Feb. 11, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. Mrs. Carrillo was born Dec. 17, 1966, in Durango, Mexico, to Jose Maciel and Maria del Refugio Bailon. She married her husband, Jorge, in 1984 and they had three daughters. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Jorge; three daughters, Mayra, Mariel and Ileana; her father, Jose Maciel; three sisters, Mari, Sol and Cuqui; three brothers, Facundo, Pepe and Merce; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
