Norvel Owens Mortuary Flagstaff, Arizona Sandra Cox (Died February 11, 2012) A 50 year resident of Williams, Sandra Cox, 74 passed away February 11th at home. She was born in Tacoma, Washington where she met her husband, Russell Cox, of 56 years. Survivors include her husband, Russell Cox, four children, Johnny and Cindy Cox of Williams; Dorothy Rancher of Rogers, Arkansas; Michael and Connie Stevens of Williams and Jeff and Kelly Craig Las Vegas. She was Nana to 9 grand-children and 15 great-grandchildren. To know Sandra was to love her, she will be missed by all. Services will be at the Church of Christ, Thursday February 16th at 2pm, located at N. 1st Street & Burbank in Williams. Donations can be made to Northland Hospice & Palliative Care, P.O.
