EJ Carillo
EJ passed away in Phoenix from a long battle with cancer. He was 64 years old.
Growing up in Aguila, EJ enjoyed hunting and fishing and racing his ’66 Chevelle. EJ left Aguila and moved to Phoenix. He worked for Jerry Burdick Texaco, and then he did tile and carpet work.
EJ met his wife Naomi, and they have one daughter Gina. EJ enjoyed fishing at Encanto Park with his daughter and his nephews and nieces.
While growing up in Aguila, EJ helped his dad on the farm until leaving for Phoenix. EJ always talked about the good ol’ times in Aguila, all the beer parties, and racing his ’66 Chevelle with his friend Raymond.
EJ will be missed by everyone that knew him.
He leaves behind sisters Margaret of Ozark, Ark.; Irene of Glendale, Ariz.; Peewee of Glendale, Ariz.; Diana of Littleton, Colo.; brothers Johnny of Phoenix; and Mike of Dillon, Mont.; and all of his nieces and nephews. We will all miss him dearly.
EJ has asked to be taken back to Aguila.
