West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 03, 2010 David Wayne Adams, 68, of Litchfield Park died Nov. 28, 2010, in Goodyear. Mr. Adams was born July 21, 1942, in San Antonio. He moved to Arizona in 2006. He was an Army veteran who served in Vietnam and was a retired pipe fitter for a water filtration company. Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Sandra; two daughters, Pamela Doyle and Letitia Villalobos; one son, Ben; and one grandchild. Burial with full military honors will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
