The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 02/24/2012 Jack Johnson, 76, of Snowflake died Feb. 1, 2012, in Lakeside. He was born July 6, 1935, in Sioux City, Iowa. Mr. Johnson was a tool and die machinist in the aerospace industry. He is survived by his son, Brad A. Johnson of Chandler; daughter Laurina Marie Johnson; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores J. “Dee” Johnson. Private memorial services will be held. Black’s Show Low Mortuary handled arrangements
