She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Bell; mother, Peggy Milacki; and father, Charles Milacki. She is survived by her sisters, Barbara Milacki, Patricia (Michael) Pilard and Ginny Frank; brothers, Charlie (Teri) Milacki and Bob (Kim) Milacki; five nieces; five nephews; two great-nephews; and six great-nieces.
