Robert Lee De Witt, age 82, a 22-year resident of Bullhead City, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012, in Bullhead City, Ariz.
He was born October 5, 1929, in York, Neb. Robert served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
He was the manager of an engineering department at the Angelus Sanitary Can Machine Company in Los Angeles, Calif., for 35 years.
Robert was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, and he was loved by all that knew him.
Robert will be missed.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Agnew, in 1999.
Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Fern of of Bullhead City; two sons, Robert (Cheryl) Agnew and Kenneth (Korina) Agnew; daughter, Rebecca (Harrison) Osterloh; sister, Twila Johnson; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at Desert Lawn Funeral Home, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, in Mohave Valley, Ariz., with the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor Bruce Rahlf.
A Graveside Service will follow, with military honors, in the Veteran Garden of Honor at Desert Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are under the care of Desert Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
