Bill was born on March 25, 1924 in Los Angeles, Calif. Bill worked for Mohave Valley News and Bullhead City Parks and Recreation. He is survived by two step-daughters, Virginia Winks of Las Vegas, Nev., and Patricia Gibbs of Garden Grove, Calif. Arrangements are under the care of Desert Lawn Funeral Home Crematory.
