Mohave Daily news, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from February 26 to March 4, 2012 - Ernest "Ernie" Owens, age 55, a 28-year resident of the Tri-state area, passed away quietly in his home in Ft. Mohave, Ariz., on Sunday, February 19, 2012. He was born October 11, 1956, in Branson, Mo. In his leisure, Ernie enjoyed motorcycles, paintball, and most of all, spending time with his family. His family will forever celebrate his life.... Ernie is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 35 years, Teresa Owens; three sons, Travis Owens of Henderson, Nev., and Nathan and Matthew Owens of Bullhead City; mother, Clara Owens of Bullhead City; two brothers, Tom Owens of Bullhead City and Louis Owens, of Idaho; and four grandchildren, Tyler, Chrystian, Layla and Eli, by whom he will be truly missed. A celebration of life will be from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2012, in the Community Room at Sun Missions Resort, 3249 Felipe Dr., Bullhead City, AZ.
