Arrangements by Sunrise Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, March 16, 2012 Hazel Ruth Dietrich, loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother, born Aug. 3, 1929, died peacefully surrounded by her family Feb. 23, 2012. Hazel was a nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson until she retired in 1985. She was preceded in death by her soulmate and devoted husband of 49 years, and her oldest daughter, whom she missed terribly. Survivors include Robert (Pam) Dietrich, Dan (Joyce) Dietrich, Debbie Deitrich, Don Dietrich, Bonny (Fred) Bass, Becky Paloutzian, Barbara Gerheim, and her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We are honored to call you mother and best friend. We will miss your sunshine, your cheery smile, your compassion, your willingness to help everyone around you, and your grace. Our family and the many other families, friends and neighbors whose lives you touched will miss you, a most amazing woman. We know you are safe with Daddy now.
