ADAMS, Clark M.


The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona December 1974 Services Dec. 4 Mr. Clark M. Adams, a 14 year resident of Prescott, died at his home Sunday evening. Born June 18, 1896 at Buffalo, N.Y., he served as lieutenant in the U.S. Army during World War I and later followed a business career. At the time of his retirement, he was vice-president and general manager of Electric Auto-Lite Company in Michigan. A long time member of the Masonic Lodge, he also belonged to the Shrine in Toledo, Ohio. After coming to Prescott, Mr. Adams became interested in the Yavapai County Fair and worked for a number of years in that program. He was a member of the Yavapai county Fair Association. Mr. Adams is survived by his widow Alice of Prescott; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Minns of Marquette, Mich.; three step-daughters, Mrs. Mary S. Town of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Susan S. Fichera of Ann Arbor, Mich. and Mrs. Linda S. Pence of Indianapolis, Ind.; a son, Harry L. Adams of Inkster, Mich.; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at Ruffner Funeral Home at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec 4 with burial following at Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call at Ruffner's from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday (tonight.)
