IBANEZ, Ruben

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 17, 2010 Ruben Ibanez, 78, of Avondale died Dec. 13, 2010. Mr. Ibanez was born Feb. 20, 1932, in Manila, Philippines, to Leopoldo and Andrea. He was an engineer who retired from Mobil Oil Corp. in 1986. He moved to Arizona in 1995. He is survived by his wife, Corazon; one daughter, Rowena; one son, Dennis; three sisters and one grandchild. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 La Pasada Blvd., Goodyear.
