Matthew T. Flaherty, 78, of Prescott, Ariz., born May 24, 1933, in Boston, Mass., passed away Feb. 26, 2012.

Cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Inurnment with full military honors will be in Massachusetts at a later date.
