Josie Sepulveda Chavez, 54, of Phoenix and formerly of Avondale, died Dec. 19, 2010, in Peoria.

Mrs. Sepulveda Chavez was born July 14, 1956, in Glendale.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cha-Cho. She is survived by her children, Jessica Gomez-Miller, Paul, Vanessa, Evie, Roni and Hanna Chavez; and three grandchildren.

Services will be private.
