Dr. Lewis Edward Wright Jr., 38, of Avondale died Dec.19, 2010.

He was born Feb. 6, 1972, to Deonne Beasley Wright and Lewis Edward Wright Sr. in Chicago. He moved to Arizona with his wife and son three years ago and opened the Wright Pain Management Clinics, which served Avondale, Prescott and Apache Junction.

Dr. Wright is survived by his wife, Greta Josephine; one son, Lewis Edward III; his parents, Deonne and Lewis; one sister, Deidre Wesley; and one brother, Stuart.

Services will be held in Chicago.
