West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 28, 2010 Ethel A. Kesweder, 74, of Avondale died Dec. 25, 2010, at Estrella Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Feb. 13, 1936, in Sheboygan, Wis.
