West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 28, 2010 Peggy Ann Waller, 71, of Tonopah died Dec. 23, 2010, at her home. She was born April 19, 1939, in Ashville, N.C. She moved to Arizona in 2007. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters, Tawny Lin Bland and J. Diane; two sons, John and Keith; two brothers, Lewis Mullinax and David Mullinax; and one grandchild.
