Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Saturday, March 3, 2012 - On February 25, 2012, Margaret McCartney passed away in her home in Lake Havasu City. Her family here, sons Ed and his wife Shelley McCartney, and Steve McCartney; and daughter, Karen Mansfield were at her side. She reached out and helped many people in her lifetime. The family feels so blessed that she lived long enough to see all her sons and daughters, six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and yes, even nine great-great grandchildren turn to the Lord our Father. She will be truly missed by her remaining brothers, Sonny, Jack and Vern; and sisters, Lil, Leola and Mona; and everybody’s life she touched. Margaret was a loving and joyful Christian woman bringing Love, God & Joy to all. Services will be at a later date. We love you mom.
