MARSHALL, Barbara (Barb) A.

Marshall, age 61, an 8-year resident of Mohave Valley, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. She was born December 6, 1950, in Lexington, Neb., to Maurice and Ida (deceased) Marshall. Barb graduated from Victor Valley High School in June of 1969, and was named Miss Victorville in 1969. Barb was a faithful member of Mohave Valley United Methodist Church and an avid collector of angels and stuffed animals. The later years of her life she spent caring for her mother and father. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Marshall; and sister, Marian Zuppa. Barb is survived by her father, Maurice Marshall of Bullhead City; brother Jim (Deborah) Marshall of Toronto, Canada; sister, Harriet (Roger) Spriggs of Battle Creek, Mich.; and nephews, nieces and other family and many friends. A Celebration of Barb's Life will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Mohave Valley United Methodist Church, 1593 Lipan Blvd, Fort Mohave, Ariz In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Barbara's church in her memory: Mohave Valley United Methodist Church, 1593 Lipan Blvd, Fort Mohave, Ariz.
