Thomas "Tom" Troutman, age 69, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nev. 

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and was a General Contractor.

Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, Nev.
