West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, March 09, 2012 Eddie Richard Villalobos, 44, of Camp Verde and formerly of Avondale died March 4, 2012, at his home. Mr. Villalobos was born July 3, 1976, in Phoenix to Eddie and Carmen. He is survived by his wife, Corina; three sons, Joseph, Jacob and Jeremy; two daughters, Shavonne and Sierra; one brother, Angel; and one sister, Christine. Visitation will be at 5 p.m. with a rosary recital at 6:30 p.m. March 12 at Advantage Crystal Rose Chapel, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. March 13 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 1418 S. 17th Ave. in Phoenix.
