Owens Livingston Mortuary Show Low, Arizona Gary Lee Amator April 20, 1949 - March 6, 2012 Gary Lee Amator died Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona following a very brief and sudden illness. He was 62 years old. Gary was born on April 20, 1949 in Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona to Bert Vernon and Ethel (Mudersbach) Amator. A special memorial service for Gary will begin 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the White Mountain Christian Church, 2866 Tall Pine Road in Show Low, Arizona. Pastor Rob Marshall will officiate at the service. Additional obituary information will be added to this website just as soon as it is gathered.
