William F. Seesholtz, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on July 27th at 
the age of 74. Bill was born in Canton, Ohio, March 1, 1929. He worked 
as a substation engineer specialist with Arizona Public Service for 38 
years, and devoted his life to his family, friends, and church. 
He is survived by sister, Geraldine; brothers, Howard and John; wife, 
Rosella; children, Judy, Janet, and James; stepchildren, Luella and 
Jacob; and 6 grandchildren. 

Services will be held at 10AM, Friday, August 1, 2003 at Bethel United 
Methodist Church, 546 E. Osborn Rd. 

Graveside services to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
